Welcome to Sannidhi Holidays. These Terms & Conditions govern your booking and use of our cab rentals, taxi transfers, local sightseeing circuits, and vacation packages. By booking a taxi or package with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.
1. Booking & Reservation
All bookings placed online or via WhatsApp are subject to vehicle availability at the time of deposit confirmation. To confirm a booking, a token advance amount is required. The balance payment must be settled at the start of the trip or as agreed with our booking manager.
2. Taxi Services & Per-Km Calculations
For cab rentals and taxi outstation bookings, the following pricing parameters apply:
- Kilometre Calculations: Kilometres are calculated starting from our garage/office in Madikeri (or pickup origin) and returning back to the starting garage/office.
- Daily Minimum: Outstation round-trips are subject to a minimum billing of 250 km per calendar day.
- Driver Allowance: Driver day/night beta allowances are applicable for outstation halts and driving between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
- Exclusions: Unless explicitly stated, toll gate fees, parking fees, inter-state entry permits, and monument entry tickets are not included in the fare and must be paid by the customer.
3. Route Limitations & Safety
Our drivers are instructed to follow safe speed limits on ghat roads. Sightseeing trips inside wildlife reserves (like Nagarhole or Bandipur) are strictly bound by forest department guidelines (e.g., night travel ban from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM). Drivers reserve the right to alter routes due to landslides, heavy rains, road closures, or other safety concerns.
4. Customer Conduct & Damages
Customers are requested to maintain the cleanliness of the cab. Smoking, consumption of alcohol, or carry of illegal substances inside our vehicles is strictly prohibited. Any damage caused to the vehicle interior by passengers will be billed directly to the customer.
5. Limitation of Liability
Sannidhi Holidays will not be liable for any delays, financial losses, or cancellations caused by force majeure events, including strikes, flight delays, weather blockades, floods, or vehicle breakdowns. In case of mechanical breakdowns, we will make every effort to arrange an alternative cab in a reasonable timeframe.
6. Dispute Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising out of the use of our services or booking contracts shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local courts in Madikeri, Coorg, Karnataka.
